Parenting is Hard
I see you trying. You want to be more connected as a family and stop yelling at your kids. You start each day promising yourself that today will be different- you won't explode when things get tough. Yet somehow, in spite of your genuine intentions, you seem to fall back into the familiar cycle of calmly asking them to do something, patiently asking again, and then losing it when they have ignored you for the hundredth time.

That finally gets their attention, but you can see the fear and sadness, or maybe even anger, in their eyes.

Then the guilt sets in. Sigh

It hurts to see our kids hurting and it's not what any of us want.

At least, that is what I thought. I didn't realize how much my own "stuff" would get in the way of my ability to be the parent I knew I could be. There was so much yelling. Fear and self-doubt were constant companions as well.

And then I discovered positive parenting. That's when things changed and I started the journey toward becoming a parent I am proud to be.

When does the course start and what is the cost?

The next session begins on June 22nd, and ends on August 7th, with a break after the 3rd class.
The cost of the course is $247.

How is the class structured?
  • Six live 60-minute modules, held on Mondays 
  • Six 30-minute Facebook Lives on Fridays, following the classes, in order to answer remaining questions on the week's topic
  • Five monthly group coaching calls (August-December 2020) 
  • Access to a private Facebook group where you can interact with, and support other parents in the class
  • Bonus printable materials to support the lessons in the modules
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes! If you realize that now is not the best time for you to fully participate in this class, or that it is not a fit for you, no problem! You can get a refund by emailing keiramerk.r3@gmail.com. Refunds will be available until July 6th (after the second module). No full or partial refunds will be available after July 6th.
Will I be able to participate in the class?
Yes! The class will be recorded live, so if you are present for the live class, you can submit questions during the session, and they will be answered at the end. 
What if I can't make the live class?
Not to worry! Links to the recordings will be sent to you via email, so you can watch them at your convenience.
How do I get the most out of this course?
The more you participate in the modules and live coaching calls, and do the homework, the more you will get out of this course. Change takes time, consistency, and persistence!
I don't have the time to watch hour-long videos. Is there another way?
Me neither! Which is why the recordings will be broken into smaller chunks for you to digest at your convenience.
